BIO: Ernest L. Adams is a global HR executive with 25+ years driving enterprise transformation at Fortune 500 and high-growth companies, with experience scaling people infrastructure across organizations from 10,000 to 180,000 employees in 20+ countries. Ernest is currently Co-Founder and Principal at Hustle with Heart LLC (2022–Present), where he operates as a fractional HR executive, executive coach, and keynote speaker for companies of all sizes — from seed-stage startups through Fortune 500 enterprises. Most recently in a corporate role, Ernest served as Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Ford Motor Company from 2023 to 2025, building the Global DEI function for the 180,000-person organization across 20+ countries and serving as advisor to the CEO and Board. Previously, Ernest was Head of People Business Partnerships and SVP, Global Talent at Ralph Lauren Corporation, and held progressive HR leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, culminating as VP, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Earlier roles include Nike, Abercrombie & Fitch, Gap Inc., Taleo, Johnson & Johnson, and Macy's. Ernest serves on the Board of Affirmations and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. He completed executive education at Harvard Business School and Stanford GSB, and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
