Jon Stinson, Senior Technology Strategy Fellow
“The goal isn’t simply better performance. It’s finding lasting joy in serving others by helping people and organizations realize their fullest potential.”
Jon Stinson is a Senior Technology Strategy Fellow at the Center for Talent Innovation, where he brings more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of strategy, organizational effectiveness, technology, and human experience. His work focuses on how organizations translate ambitious ideas into meaningful change—and how leaders can create the conditions for people, teams, and organizations to realize more of their potential.
Over the course of his career, Jon has partnered with senior leaders, financial advisors, and cross-functional teams on challenges spanning organizational transformation, leadership and talent development, client and employee experience, technology adoption, growth, and strategic alignment. During more than 20 years at Morgan Stanley, he held leadership roles across Wealth Management and Workplace Solutions, most recently helping shape the experience of more than 16,000 Financial Advisors and millions of workplace participants.
Jon’s approach begins with listening. He believes the most consequential opportunities inside an organization are often visible to the people closest to the work—but can remain hidden when strategy, leadership, technology, and human experience are considered separately. His work is grounded in connecting those perspectives, bringing clarity to complexity, and helping organizations move from good intentions to thoughtful, sustainable execution.
