Rosalind Hudnell, Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Intel Corporation; President of the Intel Foundation

Rosalind L. Hudnell is vice president, corporate affairs and president of the Intel Foundation. She leads a global staff based in 30 countries driving Intel's global corporate social responsibility, education, philanthropy strategies and external partnerships and alliances. Most recently she was vice president of human resources and chief diversity officer. Hudnell continues to serve on the company's executive leadership committee that oversees progress towards Intel's Diversity in Technology Initiative, a $300m effort to reach full representation in the company by 2020 in the United States. Since joining Intel in 1996, Intel has achieved significant progress and received numerous awards for leadership in diversity. Hudnell's contributions include co-founding the Intel Black Leadership Council and driving the development of Intel's Global Women's Initiative, the Hispanic Leadership Council and the growth of employee affinity networks. Hudnell serves on the board of directors for the Center for Talent Innovation and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council. She earned her bachelor's degree in management from St. Mary's College.
