Patricia Fili-Krushel, CEOPatricia Fili-Krushel is the CEO of the Center for Talent Innovation. A respected leader, senior executive, and public and non-profit board member, she stepped into the role in the fall of 2018, after serving on the Center’s board of directors. Her uniquely diverse career in media and digital in both the creative and business arenas has proven her agility and versatility to add value in different roles and functions. She now brings that expertise to CTI’s mission of equipping corporate leaders to design more diverse, inclusive workplaces. Most recently, Fili-Krushel served as Chairman of NBCUniversal News Group. Previously, as Executive Vice President of NBCUniversal and Executive Vice President of Administration at Time Warner Inc., she was responsible for Human Resources and driving company-wide diversity and inclusion efforts. She won a Catalyst award for her work on Time Warner’s “Breakthrough Leadership,” one of the earliest women’s leadership programs. While at Time Warner, Fili-Krushel was one of seven founding members of CTI’s Task Force. Fili-Krushel has twice ranked among Fortune’s "50 Most Powerful Women,” and her storied career in media is detailed in the Harvard Business School 2009 case study, “Patricia Fili-Krushel: Traversing a Career Path.” As president of ABC Daytime, she was responsible for introducing the hit daytime talk show "The View." She also worked at Lifetime Television, launching “the first network for women,” as well as Home Box Office and ABC Sports. Highlights from Fili-Krushel’s many accolades include being honored at the New York Women in Communications’ Matrix Awards and inducted into the Museum of Television & Radio's "She Made It" Collection. She served on Mayor Bloomberg's Commission on Women's Issues. Fili-Krushel is also deeply committed to board leadership in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. She currently serves on the boards of the Dollar General Corporation, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc., the Estee Lauder Foundation, and PEN America. She is the Vice Chair of the Public Theater and Chair of the Berkshire Film Festival.
