Catherine Chapman, Manager, Advisory Services

Catherine (Cat) Chapman is manager of advisory services at the Center for Talent Innovation. Her responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative research to diagnose and mitigate risk hotspots in client company cultures, and delivering webinars on topics from conducting culture audits to transforming ERGs to BRGs. She is also leading the build of the next generation of our Insights In-Depth® virtual focus group tool. She has prior experience with nonprofits ranging from a small migrant worker organization in the Hudson Valley to the American Museum of Natural History. Chapman graduated from Vassar College in 2015 with a BA in anthropology and a correlate sequence in Latin American/Latino/a Studies.
