Barbara Adachi, Former National Managing, Director Human Capital, Deloitte Consulting LLP

Barbara Adachi is the former national managing director, Human Capital, for Deloitte Consulting LLP. She served as the national managing principal for Deloitte LLP's award-winning Women's Initiative (WIN) from 2007 to 2012. She previously led the Northern Pacific region WIN activities and Deloitte Consulting LLP's Human Capital Practice for the West region. She joined Deloitte in 1990 to start the Bay Area Human Capital practice. She was also on the board of Deloitte Consulting LLP. Adachi was named one of the "100 Most Influential Women in Business" by San Francisco Business Times and "Women Worth Watching in 2009" by Profiles in Diversity. In 2009 she received the Asian Women in Business Leadership Award.
